Oak League Education Institute was founded in 2000 by Ms. Shepherd, Dr. King, Dr. Thomas, Dr Smith, Mr. Edelbach, and Mrs. Kuo. Among this group they all shared a mutual passion: to provide and academic program that teaches English to International students.
